Driftglass
Here's a guy who really really really wants to TEAR SHIT DOWN. He's angry, and he's one of the most brilliant (though possibly psychotic) rhetoricians I've come across. Also apparently a talented graphic artist. Click here to see the pic high res in its original context (it is part of a good post).

I've seen some of those photoshopped photos around the "Internets" so I'm not sure he is the artist. I know that Dood Abides did the one of Rove getting frog marched.
Driftglass is the artist of that particular image -- he says so in the comments (and he signed it on the bottom right).
The ones you linked are great. I don't generally read Daily Kos... it's good, and it's probably just me, but I get a feeling of sensory overload from it for some reason.
Duh. Now I see the sig. That is one awesome photoshop job.
